On 15 September 2020, a ground-breaking ceremony was held for the new storage and production hall of our subsidiary Mamutec Kft in Gyomaendrőd, Hungary. The event was attended by prominent guests from the Hungarian government. The official opening of the new hall, which will cover an area of 1,200 square metres, is planned to take place in as early as late spring 2021. By spring 2022, the facilities of our subsidiary Mamutec Kft in Gyomaendrőd, Hungary, will be equipped with solar energy systems covering an area of 2,000 square metres. This new development aims to reduce the plant’s climate-changing CO2 emissions to a minimum. The clean energy provided by the systems enables us to produce the bulk of our products in a more environmentally friendly manner. The start of operation of the new solar cells will coincide with the introduction of a brand-new line of products under the name SOLAR-TEXTILE.
Every two years, the International Hardware Fair in the German city of Cologne brings together hardware industry experts from all over the globe and offers an extensive overview of the hardware world. The Ullmann Group is growing and as a result, the mamutec AG headquarters in St Gall have now been extended to provide room for the Group’s larger workforce. Work on the modern extension was completed in 2018.
The NRPA Annual Conference will take place in Nashville, Tennessee (USA) on 21 September 2021.
The NRPA is one of the most important exhibitions for leisure and recreation activities. This is why our colleagues from the rope technology company Seilfabrik Ullmann GmbH will be attending the event in person to showcase its innovative range of playground equipment. Both their stand and the conference on the whole are definitely well worth a visit.
